Thursday Dinner 2.16.12

If you have been following my Family Dinners for more than 3 seconds, you know that I’m a big fan of “kitchen sink” salads. Basically, I take anything I can get my hands on, throw it into a bowl with some lettuce and cover it with a homemade vinaigrette. I love me some salad.

This particularly loaded salad is brought to you by some talented farmers, the Whole Foods bar and my mama.

Salad: Baby Bibb Lettuce/Roasted Corn/Falafel/Quinoa/Curried Cauliflower/Tofu/Shredded Carrots/Buttermilk Fried Chicken/Dried Cranberries/Toasted Pecans/Lemon Juice/Sesame Oil/White Wine Vinegar/Cracked Black Pepper

Baked Flounder/Panko/Parsley/Olive Oil/Salt/Pepper/Paprika

Asparagus/Cauliflower/Olive Oil

Tonight, I ate with my parents, so we all shared. A little bit of this and a little bit of that. Full bellies, full hearts.
