Eggs/Butter/Salt

Saturday Afternoon Lunch:

There was a little bit of this

Salad: Romaine/Tofu/Black Beans/Corn/Dried Cranberries/Cucumber/Carrot/Avocado/Sunflower Seeds Dressing: Soy/Olive Oil/Apricot Jam/Sesame Seeds

and a little bit of that

Whole Wheat Bread/Sharp Cheddar Cheese/Butter

Saturday Night Dinner:

Shrimp/roasted garlic/olive oil

Jumbo Lump Crab

Whole Wheat Rotini/Grape Tomatoes/Basil/Garlic

Petite Peas

And just because I really love you,

a little sneak preview for tomorrow’s Bowl.
