Friday Dinner 2.24.12
Tonight’s dinner was one of those “use what’s on hand” meals; I had no motivation to go to the store or order in, so I used up all of the fresh ingredients I could find in my fridge. And, it was pretty good.
Baked Tofu/Teriaki Sauce/Ginger/Soy/Garlic
Sweet Corn/Lentils/Salt/Pepper/Garlic
Roasted Apples and Celery/Olive Oil/Sea Salt
